Do It Right The First Time

Make sure your contractor is Licensed and Insured

Make sure your painter offers a wide range of colors you can choose from. Ideally, they should be able to create any color your heart is set on.

Make sure they go over with you exactly how they are going to prepare your home or office for the job you have hired them to do. And get a written estimate stating the price and scope of work, so there are no surprises at the end.

A final walk through is essential. If your company doesn't offer one, ask them to hold one for you. Make sure everything has been completed.
